**10) ONLINE MARKETING**
**10.1 DoubleClick by Google**
This website uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google, operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("DoubleClick").
DoubleClick uses cookies to display relevant ads to users, improve reports on campaign performance, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Through a cookie ID, Google tracks which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being shown multiple times. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
In addition, DoubleClick can capture so-called conversions using cookie IDs, which relate to ad requests. This occurs, for example, when a user views a DoubleClick ad and later visits the advertiser's website using the same browser and makes a purchase there. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain any personal information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to Google's server. We have no influence on the extent and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our knowledge: Through the integration of DoubleClick, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our online presence or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can associate the visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider learns and stores your IP address.
If you would like to object to participation in this tracking procedure, you can disable cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com (https://www.google.de/settings/ads), noting that this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies. Alternatively, you can inform yourself about the setting of cookies and make adjustments at the Digital Advertising Alliance at the internet address www.aboutads.info. Finally, you can configure your browser to alert you about the setting of cookies and decide individually on their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or generally. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

10.2 Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, as part of Google AdWords, the conversion tracking of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We use the Google Adwords service to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertisements (so-called Google Adwords). We can determine how successful individual advertising measures are in relation to the data from the advertising campaigns. We aim to show you advertisements that are of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you, and to achieve fair calculation of advertising costs.
The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an ad displayed by Google AdWords. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. These cookies generally lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve to identify individuals. If a user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user has clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked across AdWords customer websites. The information obtained through the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have chosen to use conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who have clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that allows for personal identification of users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can block this use by disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via your internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google AdWords based on our legitimate interest in targeted advertising according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-EU Privacy Shield agreement, which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.
You can permanently disable cookies for ad preferences by preventing them through a corresponding setting in your browser software or by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin?hl=de

Google (Universal) Analytics
- Google Universal Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google
Analytics uses so-called "cookies," text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website (including the truncated IP address) is typically transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
This website uses Google Analytics exclusively with the extension "_anonymizeIp()", which ensures the anonymization of the IP address by truncation and excludes direct personal reference. Through this extension, your IP address is truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. In these exceptional cases, this processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes.
On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activities, and provide further services related to website and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser in connection with Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
Alternatively, instead of the browser plugin or within browsers on mobile devices, please click the following link to set an opt-out cookie that prevents future collection by Google Analytics on this website (this opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain; if you delete your cookies in this browser, you will need to click this link again): Disable Google Analytics.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-European Privacy Shield framework, which ensures compliance with the data protection standards applicable in the EU.
This website also uses Google Analytics for cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out through a User-ID. When you access a page for the first time, a unique, permanent, and anonymized ID is assigned to the user, which is set cross-device. This allows interaction data from different devices and sessions to be assigned to a single user. The User-ID does not contain any personal data and does not transmit such data to Google.
You can object to the collection and storage of data via the User-ID at any time with effect for the future. For this, you must disable Google Analytics on all devices.
